Interactive submission of Final Short Abstract begins on 1st July 2011 and closes on 1st October 2011. These abstracts will be printed in the 10IKC Program as Abstract Volume and distributed to each delegate.

Preparation of Final Short Abstract

Prepare your abstract as an MS Word (DOC) or an Adobe PDF using the following guidelines:
  • Text formatting should be 10 point, Times New Roman font. The short abstract should include the following.
  • Submitting and/or Senior Author surname, plus initials;
  • E-mail address for senior author or E-mail address of the corresponding author
  • TITLE of manuscript and/or presentation to be in CAPITAL LETTERS.
  • Authors in order of seniority, separated by commas with last name first followed by abbreviations for common names (without spaces or periods) e.g., Grant*DB, Foster ADR, MacDonald KM and Kuntz ZX. Place a star after the name of the Presenting author.
  • Summary Address of authors: include company/university, city, and country only.
  • Abstract text: Limit of 500 words.
  • No tables, illustrations or photos. No references or citations.
  • Authors accepted for the conference must also submit a long abstract of their oral and/or poster presentation.
Submission of Final Short Abstract

Submission of Final Short Abstracts via the 10IKC website will permit final changes to be made to the Title and Listed Author, but not to the Corresponding Author or the Presenting Author. Minor modifications such as typos or grammar are allowed; however changes to scientific content are not permitted.

How to submit Final Short Abstract Submission online

  1. Step 1 Login page: Click on the online abstract Submission link.
  2. Step 2 Login page: Click on the button as Existing Registrant and enter your login name and password.
  3. Step 3 Author Details: Enter your Personal details and Co-author names
  4. Step 4 Submission page: You will see Upload Full Paper this is for Final Short abstract Submission.
  5. Step 5 Confirmation page: Click the button Save and proceed. Further you will receive a confirmation mail to your e-mail id regarding the successful abstract submission.
